I was happy with the service BUT I chose to purchase and I stall 4 new tires here because they had a special of free installation. I called to confirm this was the case and see what it would cost. When I went to my appointment I had been ?bumped? to another day which was 3 days later. Moving the appointment was not the issue, when I went for my appointment I was told the free installation ended the day before! I stayed and had my tire done but I think if you have your appointment ?bumped? by them they should have fully honored the deal.....

I had a scheduled appointment for 10:30, but that means it only puts you in a line, you have to wait till a bay open ups. So just imagine, you come to an appointment and they tell you your car will be worked once the 20 people ahead of you get their work done. Please plan ahead, an appointment is really not an appointment, it?s a right to wait in line.
