????? Extremely Disappointing Experience I had a very frustrating experience at this location and would not recommend it. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was unprofessional and came across as condescending, which immediately set the tone. Customer service should be a priority, especially in a business where trust matters, but that was clearly lacking here. I came in for a simple tire issue ? all I needed was a nail removed and the hole plugged. Instead, additional services were performed without my knowledge or permission, including balancing the tire. I was then charged $47.77 for work I did not authorize. This feels misleading and unfair. Customers should always be informed and give consent before any extra work is done, especially when it results in higher charges. Overall, this experience felt like a rip-off. I strongly suggest improving communication, professionalism, and transparency with customers.....
