I?m very disappointed with our experience here. My boyfriend and I were originally quoted $985 for tires, but when we came in to pick up the vehicle, we were told the price was now $1,015. This was especially frustrating because we had experienced a similar situation when trying to get tires for my vehicle as well. When I brought up the original quote, the staff seemed irritated, which I found very off-putting. We shouldn?t have to argue over a price that was already quoted to us. My boyfriend explained that we had been told $985 and that we were not going to pay the increased price. Thankfully, they ultimately agreed to honor the original $985 quote. The biggest issue for me was the lack of transparency and the way the situation was handled. Changing the price after giving a customer a quote, and then making the customer feel like an inconvenience for bringing up that quote, is not the kind of customer service I expect. If a price is going to change, that should be communicated clearly before the customer arrives?not at the time of service. Unfortunately, after having a similar experience with pricing previously, this has left us feeling like we cannot trust the quotes we are given.
