I made a Friday appointment on Monday last week. I spoke with the manager and we agreed I would be getting Goodyear tires on my chevrolet express. They were around $230 +- each. He 1st quoted a lower grade tire, but I drive around 65k per year and wanted good tires. The appointment was for 8am on Friday. I arrived about 8:05am. I drove in there with no leaks or error codes. This whole thing, 4 new tires took 3 hours. He brought me back into the shop to show me I had a broken stem. He bent it down like a broken wrist. A short time after he showed me a tps that was sliced. He said I must have hit something. I needed my van so I just smiled and said OK, fix it. This guy lied to my face. If the core of the stem was that broken the tire wouldn't have held any air. In addition, the tps is located in the wheel well, behind the stem. It's impossible for it to get sliced up inside the tire. There was no evidence on my tire, my rim, or any quarter panel showing that I might have hit something. He also didn't put Goodyear tires on and didn't inform me that another brand was going on the van. With these tires my gas mpg has gone down from the studded snow tires. I left with 2 tire sensors not working. They apparently didn't have the tool to reset the sensor. Your manager said he would be there all day Saturday and bring his personal tool to reset the sensors. He lied to me about that. I came Saturday morning. He wasn't there and was scheduled off!! The girl there on Saturday, who is the assistant manager was great and honest. She apologized for the manager and her frustrations with the guy was very clear. They still didn't have the tool for the sensors. They sent me to the Topsham location. The manager there was great. I still had a bad sensor that he replaced. The manager at your Yarmouth, Maine location is a lying hack!....
