Scheduled days in advance for a 9:00 AM appointment, installing 4 pre-owned tires. Car was served by technicians Beal and Trauschke. Dropped the car off before the scheduled time and went out for breakfast. An hour and a half later, I come back and see not only have the techs not even begun to work on my car, but my keys are still on the counter, unattended, for anyone to pick up and walk away with. When Mitchell finally came to the counter, he apologized and said that the shop was really busy today. I might have been sympathetic if I couldn't see the empty waiting area, or the techs sitting around looking at their phones in the empty bay. Once they actually started doing the job I had scheduled for them to do an hour and a half before, it only took them 25 minutes, the amount of time any other shop in Maine would have taken. When I get home I discover one of my lug nuts is missing. Two hours and $153, and my wheel isn't even fastened down properly! I return to the shop to complain, and Mitchell, to his credit, immediately walked out, found my missing nut, and tightened it in front of me, plus the rest. This is a great shop, as long as you don't value your time and money, and you don't mind the risk of your car being stolen while the employees sit around.....
