I took my car in on Monday due to a sensor on one of my tires no longer working. It was the back driver side and the sensor was reading the tire pressure less than half the time. The people here took a look and told me I needed to change two of my sensors. Come to find out they changed the two front ones, not the back one that was having the issue. I paid $100 to find out that they didn't change the sensor that wasn't working. Today, Thursday, I went back over to the shop and told them they didn't replace the right one and it was still not working. They tried to tell me that it was fine, but that if another sensor went out it would be the back driver side. NO DUH! That is what I originally came in for. They said they could change it, but I was not paying another $50. They wanted me to pay more money for a problem I originally came in for, that they didn't fix. Both experiences where awful, they talked to me like I was stupid, despite the fact that I was married to a mechanic/body lineman for twenty-five years. It's clear they like to take advantage of people and I will not be back.....

I had my tires change over to snow tires. They were quick and did a good job. I have bought both regular and snow tires from the Bangor St. Augusta Maine location and they have done me a very good service each time.
