I had a leak in my tire, and Kim was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment I walked through the door. The technicians who worked on my car (I unfortunately didn't catch their names) were also friendly and quickly put my spare tire on while they ordered a replacement. The very next day, Kim called to let me know my new tire had arrived. While they were installing it, we had a great conversation, and she continued to provide excellent customer service. To make matters even better, I had accidentally misplaced or thrown away my warranty paperwork, and Kim went out of her way to call Tire Warehouse in Hudson to get the information I needed. Customer service like that is hard to find these days. I truly appreciate everyone who helped me, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!....

Girl on the phone was insanely rude and had absolutely no sense of empathy. I?ve worked in customer service my whole life, I?m not saying she should have broken the rules for me- I respected the company policy but she was really combative and hung up on me.
